I was here on a Saturday night and parking wasn't an issue. The room is clean and comfortable. I didn't realize that "don't use common areas" after 11pm meant you can't grab a glass of water from the kitchen--I thought it meant don't hang out and watch TV. There is a woman living in the basement who will get upset if you walk around late. The house smells strongly of Glade plug-in, which seems to be masking cigarette smoke. Didn't bother me too much but I know some are sensitive (like my partner). I looked over the reservation info and it doesn't look like the phone number of the host is there, so you have to bug him for that. I also had to bug him for the passcode when 4pm came and I hadn't received it, but he responded within a couple minutes. It's a little unnerving when you don't know for sure if a place is legit or if you're going to be without a place to sleep for the night, and you're standing outside without the passcode. The place served its purpose, though!

Although is a good spot to stay, the air conditioner is old and does not cool properly

Very responsive and listing looked like the pictures. Great deal for the price! Would stay again for a short visit.

Good, basic accommodation right near the subway line, takes 20 minutes to get to the center
