The apartment is very clean, the neighborhood is friendly and safe, with many coffee shops, pizza and other restaurants. Check in was very easy and all of Ranier’s communication is accurate and helpful. A great host. If parking is a challenge, you can drop off your bags and park in a garage less than half a mile away.
Best host ever seen
Very nice place, clean, tidy, comfortable and quiet to have a good rest. Nice neighborhood too and a subway station 5 minutes away, you'll be in the city center in 10 minutes. Had great communication with Ranier, he's helpful, responsive and friendly, great guy. I would recommend it to anyone, it was a great experience for me!
Reiner was very kind, offering and extra towel, and some recommendation to park the car and how to use the public transport. The house is really clean and comfortable, the location is a just less than 5 minutes walk to the subway station and just one stop to all the different stadiums complex

Very safe and walkable South Philly neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and shops in the area. Mostly occupied by families. There are multiple parks within walking distance. Close to the airport, the stadiums, and the subway.
Bus & train stations are all minutes away walking.
Uber & Lyft both are extremely active in the area and ride requests are usually confirmed within minutes.
