Excellent place and host. If you’re wanting a chill beach house with plenty of space, ultra easy walking to the beach, and a very responsive host, then book this place. The Long Beach peninsula is just awesome - such a chill beach vibe. Love it every time we vacation here. We spent a week here enjoying the beach and using it as a base camp home for multiple day adventures in SoCal. Thoroughly enjoyed our time and it was so nice coming “home” each day. Thanks Maria!

As a family who stays in AirBnBs frequently without ever writing a negative review (nor ever receiving a bad review), we feel compelled to write our first negative review. Many dead/decaying potted plants throughout the house which had bugs in the dirt. Owner she responded “we live near the beach so these things happen”. Yellow stains on bedroom pillows. Another major concern we had were all the surveillance cameras. There is absolutely NO PRIVACY when dining outside or sunbathing in the courtyard so many cameras with no privacy, and feuding neighbors (look right into courtyard) between the owner & neighbor - all made our trip very uncomfortable. Ref: Listing “Amenities Indoor Fireplace” and ref: “Rules DO NOT STATE ANYWHERE not to use the Indoor Fireplace. Money grab for made up damages... be careful!
