My family and I had a wonderful getaway at the beach shack. The home was cosy and supplied with everything and more that you could ask for on a holiday. Our hosts were responsive and helpful. I recommend this stay to anyone wanting to enjoy time in stunning Lake Tyers.

We had a lovely stay at the Mellow Yellow Beach Shack. Kristy has done an amazing renovation and thought of all the little touches to make you feel welcome and at home. She gave us a very extensive list of what to do in the area and was highly responsive to our communications. Lake Tyre is a very peaceful sleepy little fishing town with a great pub and cafe. Lakes Entrance is only a short drive where there are many more cafes and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again.

A serene weekend away for some much needed R&R. Kirsty and Kaelan were extremely responsive and helpful hosts. The accommodation was exactly as described and we could not have asked for a better stay. They went above and beyond to make the house feel like home and although the location is in a more rural setting we had easy access to everything we needed from the local shops in lakes entrance to the AMAZING breakfast and local pub within walking distance. If you’re looking for a slower paced getaway with amazing views of ocean and sunrises this is not a place to miss!!!
