There are tons of activities to enjoy within 30mins in any direction. The downstairs area is open plan living. There is a lounge, dining area and a beautiful fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes a double door fridge freezer, microwave, oven and stove, washing machine, tumble dryer & dish washer. A well sized kitchen island with bar stools will keep you hugged around the kitchen day & night. The downstairs fire place will keep you warm & cozy during those cold Cape winters nights. We have ensured a great selection of books & board games to keep you entertained. High speed fibre internet ensures a stable connection should you wish to work remotely or for entertainment purposes. A fully loaded MiBox with 100’s of pre loaded movies, Netflix, Apple TV, Amazon Prime & Showmax will keep you locked to the couch when it’s time to chill. The house is equipped with ample beach towels, blankets, bath towels & extra linen. We have doors and baby gates on both staircases for extra precaution & a camp cot for family convenience. The bedrooms are fitted with fans for warm summer nights & electric blankets for chillier winter nights. There is a bedroom downstairs with a double bed and private bathroom & shower. There are 2 large bedrooms upstairs with private stair cases, upstairs deck access and a lockable inter leading door. Both bedrooms have en suit bathrooms. The main bedroom has a king sized bed & a bath in the bathroom. The second upstairs bedroom has a double bed with 2 Ottomans that fold out into single beds. This bathroom has a shower. There is a 4 seater outside table on the upstairs deck to enjoy the beautiful early morning sun with a view of the mountain & forest across town. We have a huge undercover deck & pergola in the back yard with a covered braai, string lighting and an outdoor lounge & dining area that opens out of the kitchen. There is a fire pit in the back yard with loads of seating, string lights & a wood fired hot tub which can also be used as a splash pool on hot summer days. We have secure windows and doors and a full security beam system for added peace of mind.
