The house would be 100 years old, the floors were uneven. Had been through many floods. We were there in April so climate was good, but it would be a difficult house to warm up and cool down in the more extreme months. Fireplace looked a bit dicey if you were wanting to use it. Kitchen Stove only worked on high, making all cooking impossible unless you’re doing scrambled eggs or a stir fry. Clean house, plenty of linen, excellent location. 2 minutes walk to Main Street shops etc, and a 3 minute walk to the boardwalk. The location is the winner for this place, basic, clean old house but ok for a weeks holiday. Plenty of room for 3 adults and 3 kids.

Uranga was a perfect little town and this house was perfectly situated close to everything. It is also located close if you would like to day trip out to Dorrigo, Coffs or south west rocks. The floor was very uneven though. It is significantly noticeable when you are standing on it. It seems part of the house is sunken to one side. My bag rolled sideways upon entrance. The house was relatively clean but it was very musty smelling and it was hard to open the windows due to rain so we could not air the smell out. There is no wifi - I didn’t notice the ad didn’t say this but just in case for future stayers no wifi. Smart tvs but no wifi. So you’ll need to hot spot from your own devices.

This was not a very nice stay the entire house is unlevel so not very safe for my 2 youngest & there's several leaks through out the house

The house was large with two living areas and a nice big enclosed backyard. The kitchen was well equipped. Unfortunately due to the rain and the location of the house it was extremely swampy and wet outside and this led to there being a lot of mosquitoes inside the house.
