Host is responsive to any questions or concerns and very accomondating. Unit was exactly as described and very comfortable for a long stay with animals.

I was given a late arrival time of 5pm so the place could be prepped. Upon arriving a 6pm there was a box of trash in the living room, there were noticeable crumbs on the living room floor and table; the set temperature was 13C and the place was cold ( on the coldest night on record ); the bed linens had not been changed from the previous tenant and there was a noticeable cannabis smell in the foyer; there were 2 pieces of laundry leftover in the dryer. "A" was quick to dispatch another cleaner, but the cleaning effort was just mediocre.

The place was very basic and good for a simple place to stay. Nice big kitchen. Check in was quite late (5pm) but they let me in earlier. Was asked to do the laundry of the bedding despite being charged a cleaning fee.

Overall, it was a good stay. We were able to check in early, and the host was very attentive and took care of any problems that arose. We had a longer stay and were able to extend week to week. Great value compared to local hotels. Would have given 5-star, but the place was a bit dirty and smelled of cigarettes upon arrival. We would stay here again in the future. Thanks for having us!

Good location, easy access, well equipped. The only downside was cleanliness. There were long hairs in the shower upon arrival and it had a strong smell of cigarettes.
