Très belle maison idéale pour un grand groupe. Très fonctionnelle avec tout ce qu’il faut. Un super rapport qualité prix. Un peu loin des lieux touristiques entre 30 min et 1h de route. Mais difficile de trouver ces prestations à ce prix plus près. Merci pour votre accueil

We had a great experience staying at Sylvia’s house. No doubt why Sylvia and Kevin got a “Super Host” batch, they have prepared everything that is needed while staying there, from laundry detergent , drying paper to international plug adapter. On the first day I found out that one hairdryer was out of order, when I contacted Sylvia and Kevin, they immediately provided me with a new hairdryer on the next day. I and my friends are really appreciated their prompt and very responsive service. Anyone plan to visit LA, I would highly recommend this place.

We were a group of 13 including the kids and infants. We really enjoyed our stay and Sylvia was very responsive. The house has everything one needs. Beautiful backyard for families and kids to spend time together. The linens were clean and enough for a large group like us. The check-in check-out instructions were clear and the neighborhood also has some good restaurants and groceries. The only thing we had trouble was the dishwasher, which was very small for the size of the house and there was issues with the smoke detectors as they were beeping the entire night, that need to be replaced.

Sylvia and Kevin are great hosts with very open and honest communication! The house has everything as described and my group enjoyed really our stay. It was raining during our stay, but we felt right at home staying in, cooking meals, and just hanging out. The drive to Universal Studios wasn’t too bad either. If we ever find our way back to the area, we definitely wouldn’t mind staying here again!
