If you are traveling to the Lake District, Penrith is a perfect location for you. Helen's apartment was awesome. Apt comfortable and close to everything. I highly recommend.

Apartment was very clean and tidy. Helen left all the cleaning supplies so ready to move in. Handy for shops and restaurants. Would recommend this place to anyone. Will be looking into renting next time

My friend and I have had a great time during our one-month stay in Helen’s place. Everything was perfect. Sparkling clean in the flat. Cosy beds and sofa. Well-equipped kitchen. Short walk to get to the bus station which is easily access to the Lakes and other towns. Plenty choices of grocery stores nearby. Have to mention especially that Helen is so thoughtful. She prepared bus schedules, milk, washing pods, sightseeing spots and restaurants recommendations, etc… even a Christmas tree as well! We were so lucky to find Helen’s place. I’ll be back definitely! Thanks Helen again for hosting us.

Loved my stay here felt very safe being on my own. Everything that you need close by and very handy having a place to park your car. Helen went above and beyond returning an item I had left in the apartment. It was absolutely spotless and very well equipped. I would not hesitate to return.
