we met Patricia and she was amazing! we stayed there for 3 nights, couldn't ask for a better place. beautiful apartment with a private roof top access for some wine and peaceful views. Patricia was kind and informatice. recommendation they gave us worth it for sure. very well located apartment. highly recomment.

Great place. Good location but away from crowds. Nice retreat at the end of the day. Apartment was great, spacious, clean and everything was provided for. Would highly recommend staying here.

We loved this home away from home and definitely look forward to staying there again. It was a quiet area, away from tourists, but within 5-15 minutes you could walk to Accademia, San Marco, or Rialto, etc. so it was very convenient. The square nearby had good restaurant offerings and we even went to the open air market one morning and cooked dinner at home. The Altana (small roof deck) was fabulous for breakfast and evening drinks, and the layout of the house was good for a couple and single traveling together. The only reason I hesitated to give it 5 stars is that it is on the top floor (this is the price you pay for getting the Altana, so we didn't mind, but anyone with mobility issues should hesitate) and mosquitos (not Marco's fault - just part of being in a city built on a swamp) that drove us a little crazy at night. I would have liked a few more items in the kitchen, but I understand most people are not cooking but there to eat out and enjoy the great Venetian cuisine.
