What an amazing stay. I loved the location and space it exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend this as a great gathering place for family.

Overall nice stay. Pros- neighborhood is safe, close to Clarksville amenities, lots of space, bathrooms had toiletries, 3 kitchens makes cooking easy, and Julian's team was fast with responses. Cons- place needs a coat of paint (which they're working on) but meant paint scrapings and ladders outside, downstairs smelled like smoke, dumpster near downstairs door was filled with gross garbage (Julian was nice about it and refunded $65 for this without us asking). Other basic maintenance issues need attending but they're small (dishwasher not attached to cabinets so moves, master bedroom door hinge falling off -so door did not shut completely or easily, a few light bulbs out) so we didn't complain about them as to not have to deal with basic/obvious maintenance issues on vacation. When they get this house fixed up completely it will be a gem!!
