I bought a historic Motel in Downtown Richfield, I remodeled most of the rooms as apartements, but I developed two units as airbnb's, This one Number 25 is a small studio with access to a shared kitchen. New fixtures, bedding and paint, wifi access and a clean comfortable but small work space. There is a queen bed,and a work desk. There is a small mini fridge in the room that can be opened with any card, ( like a room key at the a large hotel) You are right across the street from the grocery store and adjacent to the laundramat. close to restaurants and the theater.

Stacy is an awesome host, I had a change of plans and needed to change my reservation dates and Stacy worked it out no problem, He actually upgraded me to a bigger room with a Jacuzzi, That Jacuzzi was a life saver after spending the days Hiking the National Parks it was nice to soak in a hot tub, I highly recommend staying here

Stacy texted me to show me the room when our family was in town 2 weeks prior to check in and went over the check in procedure. He's been very responsive and the room was just as described, which fit my needs perfectly. Everything was clean when I arrived with extra towels and washcloths. Mini fridge, microwave, and WiFi worked fine. This isn't a fancy hotel, so no dresser drawers or TV. Can't beat it for the price and would highly recommend staying here for a single or couple.
Simple room in a great location
This place is really for a one night stay or young people. Needed to unplug lamp to turn it off. No switch for it. The photos are of room #22 yet we were to stay in #25. Needs to fix photos to match room. Stacy was very nice. The mattress is new but he probably paid $89 for it so take what you will from that.
