This is a brand new space located right off the freeway in quaint Joseph, Utah. Built in 2021, this modern unit has two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and an open loft with two queen beds. Equipped with a full bath and kitchen with all the basic essentials. This small home is part of a 7 unit resort, with more phases to come. Close to the Paiute ATV trail, fishing and within an hour of National Parks. We do allow pets but we charge a 20 fee. Please let us know if you bring your pet. Entire house

Very clean and nice place to stay
Quiet & comfortable place to stay close to the Candy Mountain Express Rail Trail!
Great place to stay for my small family. Cheaper, cleaner, and way more accommodating than hotels in the other and in general. My family will stay here every year if the small homes are available. Shane was fabulous, and the gals who help out are AMAZING!!! They are friendly and very considerate and kind.
We have stayed here a few times in different airbnbs that Shane has. He always responds fast if we have a question. Great place. Only a little over 10 minutes to Richfield if you take the highway.
Shane was extremely friendly and always wanted to make sure the stay was as good as possible often extending a helping hand and being proactive. The check-in/out instructions were clear and thorough and having Shane as a host most definitely made the stay more enjoyable.
