Tushar bungalow is in a rural oasis. Spacious, spotless, bungalow with the feeling of home, not a luxury resort. Sharaddas communication was amazing-friendly and responsive : same with her husband Col. Rahul Pawar . Suresh, the caretaker was always available. Just a phone call away.  Sarita the caterer provided delicious home cooked meals punctually and offered us endless menu choices. Sajan dam, farm visit ( Rudraksh farm ask for Atul Patil), Jawhar ( sunset point, Hanuman Point, Jawhar Palace, biting Warli art from Chitrakala), walks around Mango village ( where Tushar bungalow is) Folks are so warm, and you realize once again how simple life can be. Not for someone looking for a “happening” vacation. This is a place to enjoy life’s simple pleasures. Highly recommend this rental!!

I visited Shraddha's place for the extended weekend deal of 26th Jan with friends. Despite being a prime holiday time, the place was available at a reasonable price. The place was exactly as mentioned in photographs and description on the listing. The place was neat, clean and hygienic when we reached. The host Shraddha was proactive in sharing details about food and surrounding which helped us. The meals we received had a nice homely touch and was very reasonable. All in all, this is worth visiting again. :)

Good location...and beautiful Villa at a serene place around green surroundings. Large lawn and chikoo trees add to a lot of peace of mind. Caretaker and caterer were great in responding to requests. This is best place to spend quality time with family and friends.

I went to Shraddha's place with my friends she was very helpful throughout our stay, the place was just 3 hours from Mumbai, Lawn looked huge in pics than actual lawn but it is still bigger for you to play cricket or badminton, Best thing about this place is that even though it is surrounded by many villas this place is very peaceful and surrounded by greenery, hence it gives you sense of isolation, calmness and privacy. Villa was squeaky clean and absolutely spotless which is a big plus for me, Owner is from army so may be discline is reflected in maintainance of villa, It was equipped with water purifier, dinning setup, a fully equipped kitchen and refridgerator. Solar geysers worked without any issues. TV was also there with working WIFI. Also cook Sarita home delivers the food, the food was good and freshly made and most importantly it was and very cost effective, she also helped us in setting up the bbq gril for which we struggled. Please bring your own vehicle for ease of travel.
