This place was better than imagined. We thought we were getting a simple wi bedroom unknowing you have the entire side of a building with a full connected balcony. Check in and out were super easy and the guests and staff were all very pleasant and respectful. Only a quick drive or bus ride into town if you want to explore. We were part of a wedding party staying at a hotel down the street and all of them were jealous of this place. Totally recommend to anyone looking to visit for a peaceful getaway. Will book again!

El hospedaje de Gelsey, es cómodo y cumple con las fotografías de la publicación, sin embargo, hubo algunos puntos que me gustaría comentar. 1. Me parece incorrecto que se utilice el término “condominio” porque da a entender que es un lugar privado y en realidad es un cuarto dentro del hotel Costa Sur. Lo cual no se menciona en la descripción del alojamiento. 2. La comunicación por medio de la app de Airbnb fue nula, al nunca responder nuestras dudas. 3. No se nos proporcionaron indicaciones para el check in, y a pesar de ser 3 hosts ninguna hizo seguimiento durante la estadía. 4. Tuvimos problemas en recepción para completar el check in, ya que no estaban enterados de nuestra reserva y tuvieron que llamar a Gelsey. Perdiendo al rededor de 30 minutos. Lo que si rescato es que todo el personal del hotel fue muy amable y estaban siempre al pendiente de nuestra comodidad, así como las instalaciones y recámaras muy cómodas y limpias. Al final gracias al personal pudimos disfrutar de nuestras vacaciones. ————————— Gelsey's booking is comfortable and complies with the photographs in the publication, however, there were some factors that I'd like to point out: 1. It seems misleading using the term "condominium" because it implies that it is a private place and is actually a room inside the Costa Sur hotel. Which is not mentioned in the description of the booking. 2. Communication through the Airbnb app was null, as they never answered our questions. 3. We were not provided with directions for check-in, and despite being 3 hosts, none did follow-up during the stay. 4. We had trouble at the front desk to complete check-in as they weren't aware of our reservation and had to call Gelsey. Losing around 30 minutes. The good part is that all the hotel staff were very friendly and always attentive to our comfort, as well as the facilities and very comfortable and clean bedrooms. In the end thanks to the staff we were able to enjoy our vacation.
