We chose Phil’s place because it’s close to our son’s flat - so we were so pleased to find that it was exactly as described- clean, comfortable and quiet. Our ferry didn’t get in till late evening so Phil’s helpful check in instructions were very welcome !

I was working in The Dolphin Centre for a week away from home, the house was perfectly positioned for everything Poole has to offer and the apartment was very comfortable and had all the amenities needed. Would definitely stay again.
