Nice property Very clean, new etc. We were surprised- it is marketed as single home and in fact it is a unit in the house.

Nik and Tanya we’re amazing hosts and responded very quickly to any questions or concerns I had during my trip. The place was great and clean and I highly recommend the ten minute drive down the street to visit the South Yuba River. I also highly recommend booking with them as you’ll be in peace of mind for absolutely anything. Even if something goes wrong, they are extremely helpful in finding solutions. The property was beautiful, clean, and had great sights.
