You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. You’ll need one minute to get to ski slope and skating stadium. Next to the building you can taste georgian national food, at the restaurant. Also theres forest-park nearby. There’s also children place to enjoy, everything you need is nearby the building

Mariami was always fast responded and sorted the problems out fast. The apartment is very close to the restaurant and everything we needs.

Mariami's apartment is small, but cozy and warm (it warms up quickly with heating). There is a nice view from the living room windows. The funicular is nearby, you can walk to it. In the next building there is an excellent restaurant Georgian Flavor (naturally 2 minutes from the apartment). There is a convenient and not small parking for the car. Everything is comfortable and everything is enough. The owner is in touch and responds quickly. We enjoyed being here. Thank you Mariam for your hospitality!
