With this price and given the location, we initially thought it was a good deal. This quickly changed. When you arrive at the complex, the first impression is that the complex is not very well maintained and is not very secure. There were empty beer bottles in the carpark and half dressed people on the phone in the common staircase which gave out a dodgy vibe. Overall the facilities looked worn out and very old. The apartment itself looked way smaller than on the photos provided with the disposition and room arrangement not matching the photos. The worst was the bathroom which was completely different- there was not even a shelf installed. The water basin was slightly larger than the ones you found in airplanes. The carpet looked filthy. The air con unit must have been 30 years old and despite running for 2 hours, could not cool the tiny apartment. Communication was inexistent and John didn't answer the phone or care to call back. Would not recommend at all.

Very easy and straight forward check in, clean simple apartment and very central location, IGA practically across the road. We stayed here for work for 2 weeks and it suited us perfect, would definitely come again.

The place was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home, and was an easy walk to all the sites I wanted to see. Also close to a big supermarket which was handy, and few steps to dozens of restaurants and cafes. Communication was great too. We would highly recommend this wonderful apartment.
