Your space will be clean and quiet, but what you will notice, is that the building in general is over 100 years old, and in an effort to make the building income generating, we are developing an air b and b business. You may notice an occasional person working in the areas outside of your unit picking up set out items or changing bulbs or cleaning or touch up painting. You will notice we always have a project in the works, we are constantly updating and adding rooms. Please know that your space will be in order and safe and clean. We respect peoples work schedules always! There is never any heavy construction projects ongoing when tenants are in the building. If one consistent 'great' comment about the building is that it is quiet! We have tried to keep it this way by respecting others around and know you will too! We always think this is a great place to come to work/sleep/repeat! This is a second story main street building, so....know that there are stairs to climb to get up to your unit. This is only to let you know that once you make the climb and get into the quiet of your unit you will see it was well worth it all. :)
