Excellent value for how close it is to the train station and only 12 minute walk to the centre of Canterbury. Very clean, great amount of space for 7 of us staying there and good communication. Easy check in with the lockbox also, would recommend to families or a group of friends catching up.

The large house has everything you need for a short or long stay. Harry is always helpful and quick to answer any questions. I would stay there again.

the location is good, however we had problems with the lock of the main door twice, the electricity of the house gave a short circuit, luckily it was not serious. the house definitely needs an urgent renovation. the bathroom was very bad, the carpets were disgusting, the bed was very bad and the bedding was not so new. the furniture was old and a meaningless decoration, not making the house anything comfortable.. although of all the inconveniences, the hosts were helpful. Seriously, the pictures hooked us well! good luck
