Very nicely equipped, with everything you need: nice linens, soaps and cooking supplies, and comfortable beds and furniture. Both bathrooms had nice showers with plenty of hot water. Check-in was easy, and Lisa even offered to let us drop our bags early while the unit was being cleaned from the prior guests. Location is very good. Walking from Canterbury West took about 20 min, and it's about 10 min to the cathedral. There's a nice supermarket on the corner. There is a valuable covered parking spot included. We had a medium-size SUV and were able to back it in with about 2" of extra space outside the mirrors. There were two cons: The unit is located at an intersection that gets a good amount of car traffic. With the windows closed, it didn't bother us but with windows open it might have. Also, we measured the wifi speed at 8mb down and 1mb up, which was good enough for streaming but not sufficient for video calls.

Lovely flat, quite big and fit for a family of 4 or more. Neat, clean and impeccably kept. Wakable from the Canterbury West Train stn. I highly recommend this place for short stay.

Fabulous flat in a great location in Canterbury. Lisa was very responsive to any questions we had. I would not hesitate in staying there again.

We had a very comfortable stay. Great location, 5 mins walk to the city center. Lisa is very helpful and responds swiftly. The apartment was pristine clean with excellent taste in art.
