The Red Lotus Guesthouse has its own separate entrance with 2 generous sized bedrooms & loungeroom, suited to couples travelling together seeking a relaxing getaway. The rooms are only available for couples or friends travelling together, so rest assured you won't be sharing with random strangers! ADULTS ONLY! Our place has a Zen like vibe, where guests are assured of a relaxing stress free weekend. So sit back and enjoy our immaculate bali inspired gardens and beautiful surroundings, or perhaps read a book in one of our many quiet zones. You will enjoy the comforts of a large living area, 2 queen sized bedrooms, complete with study nooks and a bathroom between, complete with super comfy beds with fluffy pillows and quality linen await. The rooms are both air-conditioned as well as ceiling fans and electric blankets. Plus both rooms have double blinds for added privacy and block out options if a sleep-in is required. Relax in the generous sized living room and listen to your choice of music or snuggle down with Netflix. We provide you with a bar fridge along with milk and chilled water along with some other yummy goodies. Unfortunately we don't offer a kitchen, but Mudgee has many amazing restaurants, so you won't be needing to do your own cooking. We do however provide you with a Nespresso Coffee Machine, Fridge, Convection Microwave, Crockery, Cutlery, Cheese boards, Wine Glasses etc. All linen and towels etc are also provided. An extensive outdoor area also awaits complete with an undercover outdoor entertaining area with seating for up to 8 guests overlooking tropical gardens and a 9m long saltwater pool. (You can also make use of and additional outside fridge) Another great tip is to pack your hiking shoes, as we are located on the edge of the Avisford State Forest (3 Poles Lookout & The Telstra Towers) and the walks, right at our door step are nothing short of spectacular. Once at the top of the hill behind us you can see for miles and what perfect way to start or end your day with a trek up there watching the sunrise or sunset. We do live onsite in the main part of our extensive architecturally designed 5 level 600 Sqm home but if you are staying here with us, you more than likely won't see us. It is such a big expansive home that allows everyone to have their own space. We work a lot and hubby does very long shifts and we keep mostly to ourselves, but if you do want to reach out you can.
