We had a great stay, the view of the lake was very nice and we enjoyed very much the included breakfast. The apartment was clean and tidy and just perfect for a place to rest after a day of adventures around the lake and the volcano

beautiful landscapes, nice simple room. we had breakfast made and served to us which was a highlight. just has a noisy gym or something right beside so loud music playing until quite late but at no fault to the hosts

We were very excited for our trip to Nuevo Arenal. When we pulled up to the hotel, we noticed it’s directly beside a night club. The check in went ok and we dropped our bags in the room and went out to see the sights. Around 8 pm we returned to have a shower and when we opened the door to the room there were large ants all over the room as well as other insects. We observed hundreds of them entering and exiting through the walls. We contacted the host and within 15 minutes he arrived. My friend and I had decided there would be no way we could sleep in the building as it is a small hotel with 8 rooms and the building was infested. We told the host we were leaving and would be staying somewhere else. We asked if he would be returning our money and he agreed he would. The next day after speaking with air BNB they told us the host said they will not be returning the money because they offered to help. Not a good experience, hotel is very dated and noisy with the nightclub beside it.

Un très bel endroit avec une vue magnifique et un petit déjeuner extra. Une très belle piscine pour se relaxer après une bonne randonnée. Une belle adresse à retenir.
