Beautiful beach view from the rear terrace was greatly enjoyed. The backyard beach access was appreciated. Easy walk to restaurants and the grocery store.

We had a fabulous few days at Rupert’s place. What a wonderful location so close to the beach and town. Thoroughly enjoyed all of it thank you.

This is a fabulous cottage. We loved it immediately. Heaven and paradise describe it. Annette is wonderful nothing is too much trouble. I have given it 4 because we had a problem - which has been sorted out. This meant we had to shut all the doors. It became very hot with no breeze flowing through. I believe it is usually fine with doors open and fans and ceiling fans. The beach is fabulous. The garden is delightful and you have a secure place for a car

We had the most amazing stay at Rupert's stunning property it really is paradise!! The beautiful house has everything you need, it was so peaceful and we couldn't of wished for a better stay. It was so lovey to meet Annette too, she was so welcoming and kind and took great care of the house while we were there. Rupert was a fantastic host too; great communication and provided lots of useful information. We feel very lucky to have had such a wonderful experience in a fantastic property. Thank you x

Rupert's villa is absolutely beautiful. The photos don't do it justice. There should be a warning about the terrace off the main bedroom - for the first few days you won't want to do anything other than sit there and look out over the sea! Such a perfect location too, with a beautiful private garden that opens straight onto the beach (that was nearly always deserted when we went in mid-Sept). The snorkeling just a few metres off the beach is really good, but venture a bit further out and it is amazing. Everything you need is within a few mins walk in Speightstown - supermarket, bars, restaurants, pharmacy. Speightstown is also well located for getting out and seeing other parts of the island. Rupert's recommendations were great (Hunte's Gardens were absolutely beautiful and not on our to-do list before we arrived) and Annette looked after us and made us feel really at home. Really hope to return, and would strongly recommend it to anyone wanting to not go the all-inclusive route.
