Cozy rustic cottage with stunning views of northern presidential range. Hiker's paradise with trail access from your front door to hundreds of miles of trails. Relax in peaceful setting with large screened porch or gather round the outdoor fire pit. A unique private area surrounded by trails, forests and fields. Watch wildlife, canoe, kayak, swim, fish, mountain bike or take an easy drive to many local attractions such as Santa's Village, Story Land, Mt. Washington Auto Road and Cog Railway. All bedrooms and full bath are located on the second floor. There is a gas heater on first floor to take the chill of on a cool night but a second blanket may be needed to keep cozy during early spring and during our spectacular and seasonable fall weather. Fans are available to cool things off in the summer if necessary. WI-FI for streaming TV is available. Please remember, this is a traditional country cottage that comes with its built in quirks and squeaks that many of us treasure and wouldn't change. Several of the chairs are antique wicker rockers like used to sit on the porches of the now gone grand hotels. The kitchen is quite serviceable but better suited for one cook at a time. In the old days the cottage owners were expected to eat their dinner meals at the large hotel a short walk away (now gone) so the kitchens in the cottages were sized for an early breakfast before hiking in the morning and making lunch during the day. Please note that many of the lights have switches located directly on the light, and several have pull chains. There is a good library of hiking trails books, local lore and other good reads. The rooms are neat, clean and traditional to the time area of when they were built almost 100 years ago.

Jenn was a great host! Friendly, made some good hiking suggestions. Loved the little jug of maple syrup she left. The cottage is advertised as rustic and it is but we had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, the WiFi was fast, hiking trails just down the road. A great mountain view. On our last day, we got to meet Jenn and 2 year old Ethan is person and they brought homemade blueberry muffins. What a treat! We would absolutely stay here again.
Wonderful stay, great location, gorgeous view. Loved our time at the cottage! Jennifer was a gracious host, checked in on us to make sure we didn’t need anything and even left us a small gift of maple syrup from her own sugaring operation!
Our stay was everything we wanted it to be. Beautiful, rustic, quiet and views that put us at piece. Close by to local restaurants, Santas Village and many other family oriented activities! We couldn’t have asked for a better host. Jennifer was so friendly and responsive! She knew we had two little ones, so she made sure we had safety plugs for the outlets and toys for the kids to play. She even left us some fresh picked corn on the cob from her garden one night! Couldn’t have asked for a better host!! I would recommend anyone who wants a beautiful, relaxing family getaway to stay here anytime!!
one of my best experiences using air B&B, we couldn't have asked for anything more. this cottage was so well equipped we didn't lack anything. I have been coming to the white mountain area for over 15 years and this has been one of my favorite accommodations by way of location, quality and experience, will defiantly be my first choice when I come back.
We had an extremely great time at Jennifers place! The location is secluded but at the same time its pretty close to nearby town and Mt Washington it self. But where the lovely place stands out the most was the mountain view! Love waking up in the morning staring at it while I sip coffee. Place is a rare gem and I highly recommend it!

The Randolph Hill Road is the heart of the vibrant hiking community of the Randolph Mountain Club and is adjacent to the 10,700 acre Randolph Community Forest. The early 1900's started the construction of the summer cottages, which were the base camps for many of the early path-makers. Most of those early cottages exist to this day. During the day, the views of the mountains are spectacular, and on a clear night the view of the heavens is equally as spectacular. Bring your binoculars for all seasons.
This cottage is located on a dead end country road where many residents walk each day to enjoy the mountain views. There is parking available on site for two vehicles. The front lawn is available for random games of croquet and frisbee or just for relaxing in the shadow of the mountains of the Presidential Range.
