We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. We had clear instructions to get into the property and were greeted with complimentary snacks and fresh milk - thank you. The downstairs rooms were perfect for eating and relaxing with views of the garden and the castle. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms clean with excellent showers. The location is excellent as it is so central and the ability to park the car in numerous car parks ( as part of the package) was very helpful. We highly recommend this Grade 2 listed property.

This is an exceptional property beautifully restored and yet very high standard modern equipment. Very spacious, comfortable and two minutes from the priory highly recommend it.

Property is lovely and matches the description on the site. The only reason for not giving 5 starts all around is lack on parking at the property, though this is available free of charge 2 min walk away.

castle view was a great find. the property itself was in great condition, beautifully furnished and meticulous clean. you can see it's been recently renovated to a high standard. the kitchen was well equipped with everything you could need. it's in a great, private location by the priory in Christchurch. the bells do ring through the night so could disturb you if you are a light sleeper. Christchurch itself is a great base for exploring the new forest but didn't have that much else to keep us entertained. Toby's communication was excellent. he was very responsive especially on explaining the parking situation which was a little confusion to non locals like us. the house isn't super toddler friendly as it was hard to mount stair gates in an appropriate place but that's the only down side I can think of
