This has been one of the worst Airbnb stays I have ever had in the years being apart of this service. This home was not in any condition to be rented. They have a lockbox over the a/c and you would have to message someone to change the temp. There were roaches, stains all over, cracked tile, no tvs in any rooms, nothing updated, the water smelled so bad and according to the maintenance guy, they know and won’t do anything about it. I was only reimbursed $73 by the owner which is a shame! Trust and believe this will be the last time me or anyone I know will stay at a place like this. I’m disappointed in Evolve that they would continue to even work with this owner. Don’t stay here!!

The only inconvenience on this property is that you can't have access to the AirConditioning control temperature on the house, which was very uncomfortable, on the master bedroom, we have to called every day requesting to lower the temperature, this's my only bad reviews on this property and need to corrected

The wifi didn’t work, you can’t control the temperature, the beds were hard, the water stunk, and my uncle found a lizard in his bedroom! I would not recommend! They had all of these rules that we didn’t break, but it’s just a business for them!
