My bachelor party was great! Ricard’s place was the perfect landing spot for us and had what we needed! Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms and a great amount of space. The pool and outdoor area in the back are awesome and we were so perfect for us. Thank you Ricard!

We really enjoyed this house. So spacious and clean. The space and layout allowed us to be together and have our private time too. The location is great- close to restaurants and nightlife.

What an amazing place to stay at with a large family or group of friends. The host thought of everything! He has all kitchen supplies, pool toys and games, plenty of towels, pillows and linen. Any questions, he responds almost immediately. Was so nice to come over an heat up the pool plus let us have a late check out!!! Thank you Ricard! If the girls have a dance competition in Ft Myers next year, we will definitely stay there again 🤍🤍🤍

This place is AMAZING! Huge place with plenty of rooms and bathrooms to accommodate large groups. We stayed for a friends wedding literally right across the street at The Heitman House. The location couldn’t be more prime. Close walk to really anything you want, shops, restaurants, bars, etc. Ricard was an awesome host! House was ready on time, plenty of accommodations l, and if we every had a question Ricard responded in a timely manner. Would highly recommend this place!
