The home was professionally designed by Pure Imagination Management, a husband-and-wife team with a seasoned background of luxury real estate, architecture and interior design. Each of the many living spaces you will find were meticulously designed with unique coastal modern concepts and extraordinary blends of tile and shiplap throughout the entire home. BED AND BATH The Brilliant Pearl Luxe has the capacity to sleep 12 to 14 comfortably. If your group is more than 12, please inquire with host. The 5 bedrooms include 1 California king, 1 king, 2 queens, and the kids themed room has 2 sets of bunks with 2 full size beds and 2 twins. In addition, the oversized comfortable couch and the reading nook daybed under the stairs can also serve as a sleeping space for additional guests. The 4 fully stocked bathrooms all have single sink vanities with 2 of them having a shower tub combo and the other 2 with walk-in tiled showers. KITCHEN AND COFFEE BAR The impressive kitchen was specifically designed for large family gatherings to intimately enjoy the cooking activities but also serve as a chef's playground. You will be thrilled to find it fully equipped with luxury Z Line appliances including a refrigerator, double oven, large microwave, dishwasher, plus a Viking induction stovetop. Also included is a crockpot, kitchen aid mixer, hand mixer, waffle maker, blender, toaster & even a magic bullet for your healthy shakes. It doesn't stop there! The oversized quartz countertop island has seating for six and features a pot filler faucet. The kitchen has multiple dish ware options including a melamine set and a ceramic set stocked for 16 guests plus glassware sets, stem and non-stem wine glasses and plastic tumblers suitable for any occasion. The kitchen is fully stocked with mixing bowls, bakeware, utensils, pots, pans, Tupperware, cutting boards plus just about anything you will need while cooking. In addition, a robust coffee bar sectional with a wine fridge has everything you will need for your morning brew. There is a Keurig machine for your coffee & tea k-cups, a Nespresso machine for your espresso needs & a coffee maker for your grounds. The coffee bar is fully stocked with flavor syrups, sugars & alternatives, to-go cups & lids, plus as a courtesy we included a few assorted k-cups & Nespresso pods to get your vacation started right! We encourage you to bring your own k-cups and Nespresso pods based on consumption or length of stay. LIVING SPACES There are multiple living spaces allowing for plenty of room to spread out or enjoy as a group. Starting with the opulent living and dining room combo, it has an 85-inch smart tv, a cozy pit sofa with two lounge chairs and an elegant dining table for 8. The neighboring family room features a tropical epoxy and wood round table with 6 poof seats designed for the family to gather around for playing games plus an oversized super sac for lounging & a charming daybed nook under the staircase. All the board games can be found in the sitting bench including Monopoly, Chess, Checkers, Backgammon, Scrabble, and Uno. The brilliance continues as you make your way to the bonus room where an added layer of fun begins. The arrangement of this area was designed with an impressive 14' bar with high seating for 6, plus 2 additional sitting areas including a tropical epoxy and wood high top with two bar stools plus a lounge setting with 2 swivel chairs and a round marble cocktail table. The bar area also includes a 75-inch smart tv, a wet bar sectional with a wine fridge, plus a 2 tap Kegerator & sink. In addition, there is a professional Brunswick foosball table as well as a professional 12' Olhausen Shuffleboard making this an incredible entertaining space for the whole family to enjoy. All of these rooms have panoramic water views of either the outdoor entertaining spaces, boat dock, pool, boat lift and/or the canal. There is a covered patio living area with a dining table for 10, plus an additional lounge setting. The 30-foot outdoor kitchen includes storage cabinets, a fireplace, a paradise grill barbecue, cooktop, & cocktail sink station, all installed with L.E.D lighting. In addition, the outdoor area has a weatherproof 65" TV and just below it you will find, pool floats, Jenga and Corn hole stored in the chest to enjoy with the family. ** Bikes and Fishing Poles available upon request** As you make your way to the heated saltwater pool oasis, a 10 x 18 shaded pergola awaits with additional lounging options where you can relax by the large pool, converse with a glass of wine, or just take in the beautiful scenery. The outdoor swimming accommodations are truly remarkable.
