It was my first time travelling to UK & I couldn’t have searched for a better Host or place to stay. Tushar from the get go was extremely helpful, kind & patient about my arrival. I was delayed a few times & worried my booking would be canceled but Tushar kept to his word & kindly awaited for my arrival date. My room was all set up & as the previous reviews stated was Immaculate, cosy & warm. Inside my room was a mini fridge, kettle & microwave. Clean shower room. The apartment was located in the centre of Town. I will be booking again very soon & would not hesitate recommending Tushar's place to other guests. If you get the chance book. Thank you Tushar I really enjoyed my stay & hope to see you again soon in the future.

Well I have stayed in a fair number of Airbnb's over recent years. This has got to be THE best one ever. The apartment was very stylish+very comfortable . Had wonderful nights sleep . Enjoyed the massive tv, with Sky tv channels. Tea/ coffee making facilities in the room. And I wanted to take the fabulous leather reclining chair away with me. And the apartment was so handy for Leamington Spa station + very easy to find. Tushar ,the host was fascinating to chat with and a thoroughly nice chap. I honestly cannot recommend this host+ his airbnb highly enough. Book it if you get a chance.

The place was neat, tidy, in immaculate condition and extremely comfortable room with all the necessary requirement that were given utmost importance. Also it very close to the city centre and has easy access to the station. I would definitely recommend this place.

A lovely stay at Tushar's place. The host is incredibly friendly and warm and makes sure you have all you need for a comfortable stay. Very central location too. It would be a pleasure to stay here again.
