This was our first time on Pine Island and this place couldn’t have been a better home base for us. Our kids love fishing and woke up every morning to catch fish off the dock. We even saw dolphins and manatees. Florian was very responsive and did everything he could to make it a wonderful week for us. We were a little surprised that we couldn’t kayak right from the house, so I would recommend a truck to transport kayaks to one of the many beautiful launches on the island. Kitchen was well stocked, we barely had to leave the house!

Home was very clean. Living room furniture was not very comfortable. There is a jute rug in the middle of the living room that sheds and makes the floor very dusty and there isn’t a dust mop only a vacuum. Beds were very comfortable. Storage and closet space is very limited. Plenty of cookware for preparing meals. I would stay there again. I loved all the palm trees and the view from the master bedroom.

The home is beautiful inside and out. The interior is welcoming and has a casual beachy feel about it. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean and equipped with everything we needed. The exterior sitting areas and pool are fantastic-we spent most of our time outside when home. The Island is still recovering from Hurricane Ian but you can tell there's a lot of pride in ownership in the neighboring homes and throughout Saint James - it'll just take a while longer before it's up and running at 100%. We really enjoyed our time there - lots of biking, walking, kayaking and day trips to the beaches and other sites. Florian was great to work with - quick to respond and very helpful. The only reason I gave a 4 star for check-in is it'd be simpler to just have a combination on the door rather than having to get keys out of the lock box each time-but truly not a big deal!! We had a wonderful time! Thank you

Excellent customer service from Andrea and her team. When the house we originally rented had a flooding issue, Andrea placed us in another house nearby that was absolutely beautiful. We were very pleased with our experience. Thank you Andrea and Thomas!
