We were a bit shocked at the Black VIP band and what seemed to be better pricing than the Sandos website, but we were not disappointed. My wife and I visited Sandos Playacar with three kids using Allan’s Royal Elite membership and it was fantastic. Highly recommend. If you’re choosing between Carosul and Playacar, I’d recommend Playacar hands down. Enjoy! Thanks also for booking our taxi!

Tal como explica Allan en la publicación llegas y sos tratado como huésped élite con todo los beneficios que eso implica. check in preferencia, desayuno a la carta, ingreso a áreas preferenciales entre otros. La comunicación con Allan fue impecable desde antes de reservar. nos ayudó con el traslado y salió todo bien. tuvimos una estadia de lujo.

Allan went above and beyond not only while we stayed at his property but assisted with our entire trip. He was super responsive and I would highly recommend his property.

highly recommend this, the junior suite is one room, next time, with three kids, I won't go unless I can be guaranteed a hacienda one room suite. the beaches are beautiful, the food was better here than at sandos carocol, and the beaches and the VIP cabanas on the beach. the VIP pool and vip restaurant was not as nice as carocol, but it was worth it for the beach. many of the restaurants have been newly renovated. our favorite meal was Gourmex, it was amazing!!! Allan is a great host and we will use his membership again if we returned here!

This place is exactly as described here(or even better). Many amenitties/activities/food options and benefits included with the "VIP PACKAGE" . I must say that Allan kept his profesionalism at all time when it came to explainning/communicating with me. Everything was perfect!!! Thank you Allan.
