We did not stay here but my husband did walk inside and look around to make sure everything was safe and as described. the entrance isn't private as listed. There's cars parked in front of the walkway inside the property and people walking in and out. this property is a split house and there are others living in the other half which they can see you if you're in the pool area. We were expecting a private home, not a shared property with shared parking and split housing and shared pool area. We weren't able to stay and got a refund by airbnb because the listing was misleading in that way. I'm sure some other people would be fine staying here, but it didn't fufill the expectations of my family of three. the washer and dryer was not to be found on arrival either and although the host said it was available, it must be shared with others somehow. please include all of this in your listing so others won't be misled and ultimately get a refund.

This is a wonderfully comfortable place located in a peaceful Miami neighborhood. Everything was clean and in working order. The private patio was wonderful for a quiet glass of wine in the afternoons. My wife and I used the location as a hub of our explorations. We took day trips to the Everglades and Key Largo with ease. The neighborhood is peaceful and is only a few blocks from unique shops and restaurants. The Miricle Mile in Coral Gables is also within easy walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

Positives -Check in was incredibly easy and the home was exceptionally clean on the inside. Everything is fresh -The location of the place is great due to how close it is to the center of Miami and the airport without the constant irritating traffic. Negatives - The parking lot. I scraped the bottom of my car several times due to a small ditch thats in front of the parking lot. That same ditch had a pile of wood sitting there that was never cleared. - The backyard was never cleaned and didn’t look like anyone made an attempt to clear it. There is a tree that’s constantly dropping leaves in the backyard and in the pool, so the pool was always filled with leaves and pointless. -The washing machine that was listed in the amenities was not even operable and outside. - It was also not as peaceful on the inside of the home. We could hear the neighbors constantly bickering through the walls every night.
