We stayed at this house twice –– when we arrived in Miami for 1 night, and when we returned after a week away for another night. The overall space and design is good but furnishings and amenities are subpar and even disturbing. The primary suite’s bathroom has zero privacy from its bedroom. Partial wall, no door. The other bedrooms have no window coverings and the house next door’s windows look directly into the bedrooms. There are no ceiling lights in the rooms and the only light in the primary suite bathroom is blinding. There was no soap in the showers, no hand towels or washcloths. Living room couches have rock hard cushions. On our first stay, coffee service consisted of 4 K-cups for 4 of us, some packets of sugar, no cream. We asked for additional K cups, coffee creamer and sugar substitute for our return stay and we were assured they would be provided, but they weren't and the response to our request that evening was “I’ll get back to you asap,” but they never did.
