The house was perfect for our family of 4. All the details and amenities were wonderful. We hope to come back. Location is easy to get around the island.

Austin was a great host and we loved our stay! He went above and beyond and had a bottle of wine and snack waiting for our arrival. Hot tub was awesome and the perfect hang out spot. The kitchen was great and all of the beds were comfortable! 5 stars!

We really enjoyed our stay at Austin's place. It was quiet and peaceful location (but not too far from town and restaurants). The house was very clean and exactly as described with lots of thoughtful touches and everything you'd need/want for an extended stay. We'd definitely stay here again! A heads up on two water-related things: 1) the hot water coming out of the tap is H.O.T. Seriously, I'd watch little kids to make sure they don't accidentally scald themselves. 2) The sprinkler system is currently setup to run starting 30 minutes before checkout, and the sprinkler heads will be actively spraying the parking area and the entire path to/from the house door to parking at knee/waist height.

Austin was extremely responsive. Great house! Perfect for me and my two sons! We'd definitely stay here again. Convenient location; minutes from Circuit Ave in OB, and quick access to Vineyard Haven.
