It was a great location, out of the bustling area of Fredericksburg, but close to lots of wineries. It was perfect for our little getaway celebrating Mom's 80th birthday. I wish we had instructions on how to use the fire pit/fireplace to have enjoyed the patio at night, but we still enjoyed the porch area in the mornings watching Axis deer play in the open field, the hummingbirds coming to feed and rest a while on the string lights, and even spotting a black squirrel on the Dollhouse porch. It was quiet and the beds were super comfy. I highly recommend the venue for those wanting a quiet "off-the-beaten-path" place to stay.

The Farmhouse was absolutely charming. There are 3 bedrooms with king beds in each. All the beds were comfortable. The wooden floor had some homey squeaks which reminded me of the farmhouse my mother grew up in. The kitchen was nicely stocked. A keurig was provided with a variety of coffees and there were tea bags as well. The bathroom has a jacuzzi tub with shower. Bathroom was very clean. In the mornings and evenings we watched white tail and axis deer on the property. Hearing the axis deer’s “wailing” was interesting. I’d never heard that sound before. The porch swing was a perfect spot for our morning coffee. There was no one staying in the other two rentals while we were there. Very quiet and peaceful.

Beautiful and comfortable farmhouse! It had lots of space and a kitchen stocked with pots, pan, and cutlery. The property and outside amenities were great, just be aware that they are shared with 2 other AirBnBs that are right on the same property. Location wise, it's near a lot of wineries and about 20 minutes from downtown Fredricksburg! Overall great stay!

Great spot! Easy to find, located in a beautiful, peaceful setting. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was very nice and very clean. Would highly recommend. Thank you
