Absolutely loved our stay here, it is in our favorite complex on the Big Island and this unit did not disappoint. The unit was spacious, clean and private, plenty of linens and a well appointed kitchen. It was a great place for our family + in laws for a week, definitely recommend!

When we arrived we were very glad the unit matched the pictures because sometimes that is not the case. However, there were a few items in the unit that could be improved on; such as having the cleaning people check under the beds. That would eliminate my children finding a sex toy box along with other garbage during our stay. We also wanted to use the BBQ but the propane valve was too tight for human hands to loosen without a wrench. Lastly, someone at management forgot to change the front door code accounting for the additional day we added onto our stay weeks ago, which led us to being locked out. We were forced to stand outside the door after going to a beach a few miles away. Adding this day to our reservation took 2 weeks for us to hear back that we were able to do so. Other than that the place was pretty good and the host were very quick to communicate.

The condo is absolutely beautiful. It was so convenient to walk down to the beach, walk to shopping, and restaurants. The pool has a beautiful view of the ocean and the fish ponds. Would highly recommend this to anybody who is thinking about where best to stay in Waikoloa.
