Great place for a quick visit to Augustana to see my son. Walking distance to Brandons Pub, and the campus itself. Went on an unseasonably warm weekend, and the AC unit cooled it down quickly.

I've stayed at this location several times and have had a couple issues. Overall, the neighborhood of this location can be sketchy. Sometimes things are fine, but there were 2 instances where I did not feel safe going outside. One of the times involved what sounded like a gun shot. The other instance was at night when a small group of young men walked by wearing ski masks (it wasn't cold). I am also having difficulty with the host since my last stay. The first couple times I stayed there he left positive reviews, but after I checked out this last time, his co-host sent me a list of complaints asking for additional money to cover "extra cleaning" and "damage." She agreed to send me pictures of what she was referring to, but instead of getting sent any evidence, the host requested $300 through the resolution center. My guess is that they found out about my 2021 eviction and decided to call the place I used to rent from. They are landlords at the end of the day, so be careful!

Not the nicest place, a bit noisy with neighbors and the location was a little sketchy.
