Ignore the 1 negative review! This place is stunning and the hosts took care of us in every regard. The house itself is the perfect location, just outside of the busy town centre and is massive! The garden and pool is where we spent most of our time with amazing scenery of the mountains around you! I would highly recommend the villa and would return!

A beautiful house, full of character and Spanish style with high, beamed ceilings and tiled floors. Great garden space with lovely pool and beautiful mountain views. Good location within easy walking distance of the town centre, trams, train to Palma, restaurants etc. The house was clean and tidy with all the equipment needed to enjoy your stay. Felipe Patricio was friendly, always available to help and quick to respond. The road outside can be busy and noisy at times and, my fault not his, I didn't realise there was no onsite parking. My family had a VERY enjoyable stay and would be happy to visit again.

Fantastic location, just 5minutes walk into town. Superb villa, plenty of space, massive garden and pool. Accommodated the young babies in our party with cots, playpen, garden toys etc Our hosts were very easy to communicate with, and very helpful throughout. Would definitely be looking to go back again. I don’t normally write reviews, but felt I had to after visiting this impressive place.

This was unfortunately an AirBnb fail. We cancelled our booking hours after arriving. The house had an horrific smell of sewage that was nauseating. The hosts were unhelpful and insisting it was just the smell of an old house. They offered air fresheners to mask the smell, toilet tablets and to give me pipe cleaners to clean the drains. At 800 Euros a night, that was outrageous. Plus, and I say this as a host with an exemplary list of reviews, this was a very poorly set up Airbnb. Rickety with lots of worn out towels, broken lights and noisy Air Con units that force you to keep the shutters and blinds open. I was rummaging around cupboards full of junk to try to find toilet paper. No bath products. They left a bottle of wine but the house didn’t have any basics such as a corkscrew. The parking that they offered at a cost was an 8 minute drive from the house (after unloading bags) away, plus a 10 minute walk back to the house. Not convenient at all if you are driving. A big NO.
