Harbour Beach is a delightful grade II listed house situated in one of the town’s most sought after locations. Sitting adjacent to the picturesque harbour just off the working quay and close to the pier, the property enjoys wonderful views over the harbour towards Hillsborough and across to the Bristol Channel and Welsh coastline. The house is a short stroll to various shops, restaurants, cafes and pubs. A little further on , you can visit Croyde and Woolacombe. 2 bedrooms - both with storage 1 with a king size bed 1 with two single beds Modern bathroom, WC, bath with shower over Lounge with TV, doors leading to paved terrace offering outstanding views to harbour and beyond. Kitchen area is fitted with modern appliances including fridge freezer, washing machine, dish washer and microwave. To the rear is a sunny sheltered courtyard. To the front is a garden, perfect for viewing the harbour. Private free parking available. 5 minutes walk from the property, which is rare in Ilfracombe.

Fantastic, comfortable accommodation is an excellent location. Nicholas was helpful with extra parking information and flexible with our check-in. We had a wonderful stay and have recommended it to friends and family already.
Great 3 night stay in wonderfully Sunny Devon such a joy ! Great base in Ilfracombe everything you needed in cosy well equipped cottage , much larger than pictures showed . Such comfy beds well appreciated:) Views across the harbour were exceptional , so enjoyed watching the boats & tidal fun with Verity in the background . Would not hesitate in recommending to everyone , just be careful of stairs up to front door etc if mobility problems . Parking no issues , all shops & Resturants walkable from base , bus stop around the corner too . Only got car out for Trip to Woolacombe . Fab doggy walks , coastal path 5 mins from base . Great location and lovely accomodation. Lovely and clean, had everything you need for a relaxing break. Host responded quicky and was friendly.
Just finished a wonderful stay with my husband and two young kids. We loved the place - great location overlooking the harbour, lovely open plan living area and kitchen and comfy beds. Nice big bath and good shower too. Definitely recommend. Plenty to see and do in Ilfracombe and great base to explore the area.

The house is a short stroll to a small Sandy beach which is shallow and dog friendly. Various shops, restaurants, cafes and pub are also in close proximity. A little further on , you also have the benefit of Ilfracombe High Street , which offers a selection of small independent shops and amenities, including art galleries.
Tourist attractions include. Damien Hirst’s “Verity” and Ilfracombe Aquarium.
A car ride away, you can visit the golden sand surfing beaches at Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton. Exmoor National Park is also within easy reach, where you can take in the breath taking views and enjoy a walk or hike.
