Triton cottage was absolutely stunning, it’s location at Bull Point is breathtaking as well as very peaceful, great for bird spotters too! Inside was absolutely gorgeous, it was spacious, beautifully decorated, spotless, beds were comfy, endless hot water and all well equipped. Amazing location to go walking from, wonderful that they allow you’re 4 legged friend to stay too. Highly recommend!

Triton cottage was clean and well equipped with all the essentials covered. The location is fantastic located on the cliff tops with sea views. There are great walks direct from the cottage to places such as Woolacombe and Lee Bay. The only negative I found is the mile long road to cottage. Although you are made aware that it is very narrow with very few places to pass you do not appreciate how difficult it is if you meet car coming in the opposite direction. I had to reverse for almost a quarter of a mile before a suitable place found. Because of this I could only give it 9 out of 10

stunning location and venue. Great to escape hustle and bustle of Woolacombe and Ilfracombe. Really good setup for a family gathering, or bit of an escape and walking weekend. would recommend and hope to return.

The house is in a fantastic location, really picturesque and with good walks straight from the door. The cottage is the middle section of the old light house keepers building but with really thick walls so we never heard our neighbours once. The kitchen is quite small and could do with a few extra plates, bowls, cutlery etc so that dishes don’t need to be sorted for every meal. All the other rooms are really roomy and comfortable. Beds are all comfortable. All round a good house. The access road is quite long, very narrow and has very few passing points...... a little off putting. Mortehoe village is walking distance and has a few good pubs & restaurants, a great tea shop (wonderful cakes!) and a couple of takeaways. A bit of a longer trek to Woolacombe but doable for a keen walker...... otherwise brave the access road and Woolacombe’s car parks! On arrival we had a hamper that was the best we’ve ever had..... really good stuff, very welcome and the house was spotlessly clean..... the owner had obviously put a lot of effort into making us feel COVID secure which was welcomed also. All in all well worth a visit.
