This is a wonderful flat located in the middle of Race course and offer private, quiet and secure space but within very close proximity to great shopping and dining. The flat is very specious and while a bit dated it has everything you can need to enjoy your stay and everything is in working condition. The host went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and was very friendly. I highly recommend staying at this listing for both long and short term stays!

Nirav has been an amazing host! He is very resourceful and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our stay was super comfortable! We travelled with kids and that means extra requirements, and kids loved the place. This was a home away from home for kids! Now about the place, it's very spacious 3 bedroom appt with baths and working kitchen with microware/refrigerator and stove and Laundry machine! We travelled in middle of summer so first requirement is working AC, every bedroom has the AC, living room/dining room also has the AC so we were at comfort in middle of heat wave in Gujarat! Now the location, it's located in heart of Alkapuri and that means lots of shopping and restaurants around. The best part of this place is it's located right next to a park which is lush green so in morning you hear cuckoo and peacocks and lots of birds chirping! With hectic day it's perfect way to relax and wake up to birds , such a serene environment! I will definitely be staying here in our next visit and will recommend to all my friends.. The pictures of the flat were accurate to what we expected, the host was amazing, and we had a very good time staying there. It’s important to be communicative with whatever minor needs you have, as Nirav will go the extra mile to make sure they are met. 10/10 experience, mostly driven by the service Nirav was able to give us!
