Place was very cozy and clean! Ken was very responsive when asked questions. Location is right downtown near the heart of everything. Definitely enjoyed and will definitely be back.

The apartment was a home base for a girls' weekend in Dubuque. It was perfect - great walkable location and nice space. We were comfortable hanging out in the living room and had plenty of privacy with the 2 bedrooms. We didn't cook, but the kitchen appeared to have everything. The off-street parking in the alley was a nice benefit. We had to call Ken for help getting into the apartment and he was EXTREMELY responsive - he was there in person in minutes to help. I've never had such prompt courteous service. I would definitely stay here again!

We were in town for a mini get away. Ken's place was easy to find and his instructions were very clear. Upon entering, we noticed how clean the space was. The furnishings were comfortable and it felt like home. The beds were both comfortable and the bedroom carpets were extremely soft after full day of walking. There were plenty of options for eating within walking distance of the home. Ken was quick to respond and polite in his messages. I would stay again the next time i visit. Great host!

Super located, clean and comfortable😊Great stay. I gave 3 stars for the price bc for $210/ night at a hotel, you have a pool and free breakfast. I tried to get a room, but they were sold out. But still…Ken’s place was the leader for best value.
