Great location. Beautiful surroundings. We were in the area for work and really enjoyed our escape from work in a comfortable place to recharge. We will be back again to resume work in a few months and plan on staying again.

The house and host were great! They have many things to make your stay easier and loved the coffee and hot tea station. Rooms were great and location was perfect for our nearby wedding! Only thing weird is the cameras on the deck and garage area but not a huge deal . probably needed in those cases of people throwing parties! All in all great home and host and I would rent again!

I rented the place for some family members that came for a family reunion. Everyone loved the house itself and the location. Everything went great until the air conditioner did not work. It was very hot for this area the day they arrived. My family members called the number given for any issues and were told "that was not their problem". Since the second night was not as hot they decided it was not that big of a deal. The second night one of my family members bed broke. The mattress was not properly supported. Instead of a box spring or slats the mattress was resting on a piece of sheet rock that broke. My family member ended up having to sleep on the couch for two nights not wanting to call the number again given by the host. Overall the setting was great however the host response was extremely disappointing.

El lugar esta hermoso y es muy tranquilo, la cabaña está muy equipada, muy organizada y limpia, South Lake Tahoe esta a una hora de la cabaña, Definitivamente volvería a hospedarme en este lugar.

The cabin was beautiful, tidy, and equipped with just about everything you need. The host was also responsive. Unfortunately, we were disappointed to to find there was an ant problem after arriving late at night. It’s likely the ants came from the heat and while the owner had someone come by with ant spray, it wasn’t a permanent fix. Because of this, the second floor was unusable except for the bathroom during our stay. Still, we had a wonderful weekend and would probably stay here during a different season.
