Este atico es una maravilla , esta situado muy céntrico cerca de todo pero no sé escuchan ruidos , tiene mucha intimidad y tiene lo necesario para cocinar ,las camas muy comodas , tiene una estación de taxi al frente los supermercados a 8 min caminando , Francesco contestaba las dudas al momento y fue muy amable , volvere seguro .

I had an excellent experience working remotely from this location. Solid WiFi, good work space, and you can walk to anything you need. Would (and may!) stay here again. Thanks Francesco.

Place is great. Perfect private deck that’s the best amenity rooms and place were a bit smaller then pics but that’s most airbnbs I feel. I would bring better pillows if you’re sensitive to them the pillows were lumpy and flat. Building is centrally located with a close grocery and restaurants.

Francesco's place is modern, clean and in a very walkable location with nearby restaurants and a few blocks from everything. The instructions to get there and to get into the apartment were very detailed and helpful. The apartment itself is great - clean and the patio with the wading pool is awesome too. And there's another community area with a slightly bigger pool that would have been well used if we stayed there longer. So glad we chose this apartment for our first visit to Playa del Carmen.
