Our stay at Karla's condo in Playa del Carmen was exceptional! The location couldn't be better, with a grocery store just 5 minutes away and the ocean a block away. Karla was incredibly responsive, and the rooftop pool with its stunning ocean view was a highlight. Giermo, the bartender, was fantastic, and the rooftop bar prices were reasonable. Despite being centrally located, it was peaceful and quiet. We highly recommend this place - the photos don't do it justice, with a hot tub on the roof and a Jacuzzi on the balcony. Thank you, Karla, for an unforgettable experience!

Great stay, superb location. Very close to 5th ave but without all the party music in the middle of the night. Highly recommended!!

Location is great. Close to everything. Beach, shops & restaurants. A little loud from nearby beach club weekend nights but sleepable with doors shut. Barking dog was a bit loud too sometimes but would stay here again for sure. Didn’t use the spa so can’t comment on that. Loved the patio. 2 bathrooms was nice. Shower great. No issues with pressure or hot water. Bed was comfy too.

Karla and Craig were amazing hosts! Place was exactly as described in the photos and very near to the beach. It is a luxury property, and do not miss exploring the neighborhood restaurants! Evening vibes are very festive!
