The property itself is located only half a block away from a wonderful beach with some nice snorkeling and not far from the Frederiksted Pier which we enjoyed walking to in the mornings. We only stayed in this unit for one night because of excessive neighborhood noise - barking dogs and roosters crowing throughout the night in the property next door. I'm a light sleeper and lack of actual windows (screens with wood shutters which didn't close on some windows) compounded the problem. Fortunately, Tim and Andrew were extremely responsive and able to move us to another unit which had double pane windows and a bedroom which was located on the interior of the unit which provided enough insulation from the noise throughout our 8 night stay. If the unit we were moved to hadn't been available, I'm not sure how I would have coped with the noise in this unit. I'd have to give this unit a one star but the second unit five stars which is how I arrived at an rating of 3 stars for this property.

I was so thankful how easy Tim was to communicate with! Andrew the property manager is someone I hope we get to stay in touch with! He helped me in many ways and was a dream to work with! He gave us lots of great tips, conversations, and time with his - Adorable pup Ruby! We really loved our stay and hope to return again! The place had the best view and we were able to get around town by walking for our short stay. The beach across the street had some of the best snorkeling I’ve ever seen! Many many stars to the Bananaquit and Andrew! 👏

Tim and this place are gems and i highly recommend staying. Its super close to dourch beach and town. Off the road enough but not too secluded The place itself was fully equipped with more items rhan usual, especially in the kitchen. The true 5 star was the hosts! Oh my how responsive and accomodating they were! It was great and wewould stay with tim again!
