This was a lovely, clean home to rent for a week. It was not only immaculately clean, it didn’t have any odd odors (which sometimes happens even in clean rentals). Jake was very responsive about helping find things in the kitchen and arranging the pool to be cleaned. The beds were wonderfully comfortable! The views were marvelous- our cameras are loaded with gorgeous sun rises and sunsets over the water. Very convenient to eating and shopping. We would absolutely rent this home again. Only note: Although it is very clearly stated in the listing that guests are required to get their own propane if they want to use the grill, it’s a bit inconvenient. Most people wouldn’t ever use an entire tank during their stay, so they probably skip it. We did. It makes the outdoor grill a bit obsolete not to have it ready to go.

The perfect home for a get-away in Florida! The sun rises on the water are unbelievable. Absolutely everything that we needed or wanted was already there. We had a question about the pool heat and Jake responded to the email within minutes. I 100% recommend this beautiful home!

We have stayed at several Airbnbs. This is definitely at the top of the list. Great neighborhood location ON the water. Literally NO traffic, as this home is located in a very quiet residential area. Very close to Ft Meyers and a quick 20-25 min ride to the airport. Really enjoyed our stay. Thank you.
