The location is spectacular 10++Views of the river, palms, from the balconies combine to make you feel you are on a cruise ship in Hawaii. Great for sunbathing and walking the huge cement dock ( got 10,000 step in every morning and evening.) Pool and spa, lights, jets, and heaters work from a convenient wall iPad and phone app. No screening on patio/pool areas but had no bugs (winter). Big yard Indoor scores 6 : 3 bedrooms with bathrooms and 1 bedroom without bath (can share). Upstairs tv worked well /downstairs had connection issues. WiFi good enough to do business and zooming. One Loud refrigerator bang happens 4-5 times a day…got used to it. Great mattresses and bedding… only 1 king👎. 2 kitchens: second frig was useful. 2 dishwashers. Bjorn was wonderful but local property mgt comp. not good at communicating. Walmart, Publix, Aldi’s, theater, restaurants 5 min away. Odd room layout and wasted space but it worked. Some dated furnishings. Sparse furniture. Needs more lighting.
